ClockI remember as a kid that I would always have breakfast as an important “start” to my day. As I’ve gotten older, I still incorporate breakfast into my success practices in the morning, as well as several other rituals, such as:

  • State positive affirmations to myself before my feet hit the floor (in the form of “I AM” statements)
  • Meditation
  • Prayer / Bible study
  • Breakfast
  • When I get into my office, I have a ritual of putting on certain essential oils
  • I spend about 20 minutes checking in on various social networks
  • I get a cup of coffee and settle in to check my inbox, etc. and start my work day
