Here are some ways to practice gratitude:

* Start a gratitude journal & write down 3-5 things you’re grateful for (this is something I do every day)

* Handwrite someone a thank you note

* Practice breathing into your heart

* Volunteer/ be of service

* Get out into nature/ bring nature into your home
