Now that we’re about half way through the first month of 2015 – how are you feeling about any goals or resolutions you set for yourself? Did you set any? I personally choose to set intentions for my year. Personally, I set some fitness goals – to work out 3-4 times a week in a strength training class and to complete 12-15 miles per week on the treadmill. I also have been following a nutrition plan that’s part of the strength training program I’m a part of (it’s called Kaia) and I’m really excited about that because my hubby has decided to join me this time around on the nutrition part. We’re having a lot of fun with it!
On the business side of things:
- I intend to attract 4 new clients every month.
- I intend to break the 6-figure mark this year.
- I intend to attract 4-5 new participants to my VA mentor 6-week program (details are here, if you’re interested: http://prettysmartvaservices.com/va-mentorprogram/)
I also intend to be happy! To do more, get out more and say “yes” to opportunities more often. 🙂
