I am Lisa Repasky Sandhusen, I am a Mother, Bellydancer, Post Partum Doula, Parent Peer Educator and I am currently in the process of completing my goal of achieving certification as a Chi-To-Be! Experience Coach.
2. What was life like before you experienced Chi-To-Be?
Stressed, chaotic, loud.
I would go to sleep very late at night feeling stressed because I “didn’t” get all of the things done on my ‘To Do’ list. If I slept, I would awake and face the day filled with anxiety and fear.
Life with a busy family was chaotic, someone was shouting across the house, “Mom where is my….” as we were trying to get out the door to an activity. We rarely showed up on time.
3. What attracted you to the Chi-To-Be! movement?
I was initially attracted to Chi-To-Be! for the simplicity of the Energy Surges. They are simple, practical and easy for people of all ages to use daily. Then when I was introduced to the The Chi-To-Be! Circles of P.O.W.E.R. I knew this was the place for me. The community of Chi-Lifters is positive and I love having friends to practice the Energy Surges with. I enjoyed my experience with the Chi-To-Be! Circle of P.O.W.E.R. so much that I am now the volunteer International Circle of P.O.W.E.R. Leader supporting others in creating Chi-Lifting Circles through out the USA and around the world.
4. What is your favorite Energy Surge from Chi-To-Be! Achieving Your Ultimate B-All and why?
Honestly, I enjoy employing all of the energy surges throughout my day. When I first began the Chi-To-Be! process, Energy Surge #8 Keeping Your Chi Moving; Clearing Clutter, was my go to Energy Surge because I could see a cleaner home office, a tidier drawer. Clearing physical space allowed me to see where I could clear out energetic space too. My kitchen cupboards are cleared of products containing gluten and now full of energy providing foods.
