As a busy entrepreneur, I’m a big fan of work hard, play hard. A few of the things that I typically do to take care of myself include the following:

  • take breaks frequently throughout the day, step away from the computer, stretch, walk around
  • use the essential oils I have to maintain health and wellness
  • integrate a massage once a month
  • get a facial on a periodic basis
  • practice some de-stressing yoga moves
  • stretch (I subscribe to Women’s Health via email and they send out terrific tips and tricks for stretches, exercises, etc.)
