If there’s something this past year has taught me, it’s the importance of “wellness check-ins” with people I love and care about around me.
It doesn’t take long… I either send a message here or a text message just to say something like “hey, you were on my mind and I thought I’d check in to see how you’re doing? How can I be of support to you?”
Something like that… and today, I actually got an email from a client doing a wellness check on me – awww. I responded and shared how I am doing and thanked them for checking in on me as it’s nice to feel loved and supported. Right?
So I’ll ask you because I love and care about you: how are you doing? How can I be of support to you?
