Do you reflect on all the goals you set and celebrate the achievements you make toward them?
This quote is a great reminder for me.
As we just wrapped up a 6-week session at the gym, we were encouraged to share our wins and goals that we achieved along the way. I took the time to go back to the goals I set 6 weeks ago and went one-by-one and reviewed my progress. And I realize that I had more to celebrate than I realized. WHOO HOO!
As it’s a new month, it’s a great time to set some new goals… I know that I am!
