Seriously… Take A Hike!

It’s good for the mind, body, and soul.

Mind: disconnecting from the day-to-day and technology, etc., allows better focus, attention, and connection with self, others, etc.

Body: hiking provides a whole host of physical benefits including strengthening muscles, reducing stress, increasing energy levels, and more.

Soul: for me, hiking helps me remember my place in the universe – it helps me to literally and physically touch things that remind me that I’m part of the bigger world around me.

These are just a few of the benefits… so, again, I’ll say, seriously, take a hike! 🙂
