SurveyMonkeyDo you wish you could tap into your potential audience / clients and ask them exactly what they might like to see from you? Or to find out how your clients liked a product? Or how about to conduct some market research?  Did you know there are online survey tools available in both free and paid versions to obtain exactly that information? Here are a few survey options:

1- Survey Monkey – probably the most well known out there at the moment…it provides both free and paid versions and the free version allows up to 10 questions, 100 respondents and provides 15 question types and allows some customizing and use of templates. The catch – if you want to export your data, you have to upgrade to paid version.

2 – Google Forms – ok, so what doesn’t Google do? 🙂 First and foremost, Google Forms are completely free! You can add images, videos, custom logos, you can have unlimited surveys and respondents, all data gets saved to a spreadsheet…lots of cool stuff here.

3 – Zoho Survey – it offers unlimited surveys, up to 15 survey questions and up to 150 responses in the free version and their paid version offers a lot more cusomizing, etc.

4 – Survey Gizmo – in it’s free version, they offer unlimited questions and surveys, only 50 respondents though…one upside to their free version is they offer an option to export a CSV file, the paid version offers much more!

5 – Jot Form – this is a newer platform that I’ve been playing with for clients in the past several months – it offers alot of diversity and functionality for forms and also the ability to create surveys. In the free version, users are allowed to create 100 monthly submissions with unlimited forms, reports, etc. They also offer a wide variety of functions in their paid plans.

What’s your preferred survey tool? I’d love to hear about it in the comments below.
