Think About It Thursday… Speak Positively.
I wake up in the morning and one of the first things I say to myself is a couple of affirmations. Why? To start my day with positivity.
During the day, if I find myself feeling overloaded or managing a variety of tasks, I step back and bring in positivity.
If I’m feeling annoyed by this or that, I take a minute to think about a reframe positively.
Words are important.
How I speak them – to myself and to others – is important.
I choose to speak positively. 🙂
