Friday Fun: Take Time To Slooooow It Down.

For the past several weeks, Jason and I have been training… we do a 5-mile loop on a trail near our home and when we get back, I always make it a point to take a few moments to stretch and then I lay back on our hardwood floor and allow my body to fully relax.

I don’t run a timer or anything – I just listen to my body and stay there as long as it feels good to do so. I feel my back relax and sometimes there are pops and releases up my spine.

How do you take time to slow down in your daily life?
