Think About It Thursday: Sit In Gratitude.

I’ve had a day that just radiates heart and passion and soul-warming goodness.

Deeply transforming conversations with people.

Light-hearted discussions about difficult topics with other people.

Ever have one of those days?

After my workout every day, I write 5 things I’m grateful for in my gratitude journal… and I find some days easier than others – however when I take the time to write them down, it sets the tone for the rest of the day to be seated in gratitude.

I am on the lookout for more to be grateful for. And more things show up…

It truly is a beautiful thing.
