Some mornings when the workout feels especially challenging, I’m reminded to think about my why. And that prompts me to take a moment to catch my breath, dig deep and keep going.
Similar to sometimes we have to adjust our plan to reach a goal… some workouts require an adjustment and digging deeper to keep going.
