These are 3 herbal remedies I made in a self-care medicine-making class I recently completed. It was a fabulous experience and I learned a lot about several herbs – notably, rose.
 

Rose has been said to help heal a broken heart, find peace after trauma, and provide support for anxiety and depression… to name a few.

We made a grief elixir that contained rose and wood betony (something I wasn’t familiar with prior to this training) and as I have been dealing with a lot the past month, I was able to feel the effects of calming my emotions and helping me to feel less anxious. What a beautiful experience.
