Some days more than others, I am extra mindful of my mental wellness… it can look like:

* Am I moving my body?

* Am I eating regularly?

* Am I getting enough sleep?

* Am I feeling okay?

* Whom can I talk to?

* What am I feeling?

* Am I being kind to myself & others?

Sometimes going through these questions is helpful for me to take an assessment of where I am at that moment. These are also great journaling prompts to help keep a log to track my mental wellness over time.
