Motivation Monday: Live Your Best Life.
Over the weekend, Jason and I set out to take some photos of cool stuff. We visited one of our favorite towns that we first experienced on our very first backpacking trip on the Pacific Crest Trial – Sierra City. We had lunch there and enjoyed chatting with the owner of the Red Moose Cafe.
From there, we started our slow trek toward the Highway 89 side of things to wrap back toward Truckee and toward home. We stopped at this mesmerizing and incredible spring.
While we were there, I snapped some photos and noticed this beautiful dandelion that seemed to be flourishing, against all odds. A few feet of snow were on the ground, and the air was quite frigid.
Despite those odds, this flower seemed to be living its best life.
