Motivation Monday: Focus On The Good.
Sometimes, it can be a challenge to see the good in some situations… I believe there is always something good in every situation.
In my workout this morning… aside from “not feeling quite ready to take on our first day of BRIK,” I showed up with curiosity to find out what I WAS capable of doing. While I didn’t “hit it” as hard as I normally do, I had to remind myself that I’m just recovered past a cold… and I’ve been resting up the past week and a half and it’s going to be a slow return. And that’s perfectly ok!
I got to enjoy a livestream workout with friends I hadn’t seen in a while, listened to so some good tunes, and got in a sweaty workout.
All because I chose to focus on the good… and the good gets better.
