Motivation Monday: Kick Today’s a$$ and carry that through the week!
If you saw my post this morning, I shared that we had our fit challenge at the gym… it’s our third round (we have done the challenge every other week) and I improved in each activity and I started the day with a celebration.
So you see, now I am carrying that with me through today and the rest of this week… if I get stuck on something I’m working on, return to that feeling of celebration and kicking a$$ this morning… and I’m right back in that feeling again! Whoot whoot!
