When I’m having a tough day or need a pick-me-up, I reach for one of my card decks and pull a card… like this one from the Positive Change deck: “I will Find the Music in every situation and DANCE!”
I chose to pair each image with a powerful mantra from my daily workouts… and then to inspire action, I included an action item for today – for this card, it is “Respond positively to a difficult situation today and celebrate. Journal your response and how you felt afterwards.”
Someone recently shared with me that every time they pull a card from one of my decks, it’s exactly the message they need at that moment and that makes my heart happy.
