Wednesday Wisdom: Empower.
I just finished hosting a training for someone and received feedback that I did a really wonderful job.
They shared they were nervous about taking the training into the real world… and I reassured them that they were an amazing human for showing up to be of support in this way for others and it got me thinking about empowerment.
You know, like I just shared I showed up in my best, authentic and transparent self (which meant acknowledging I didn’t know a couple of things along the way)…
And that empowered the person receiving the training to impart what knowledge and skills they have to hold space for others.
What a beautiful (and empowering) thing.
