When we’re exerting, hydration is one of those critically important parts of the “balance of everything” on the trail: mindset | energy | safety | having fun, etc.

I love this photo that our friend took of me filtering water from Cottonwood Lake #2 last summer… we have really simplified our filtration system and use our Nalgene bottles as a way of “quickly chugging a liter” when we get into camp or while we are refilling our water bags.
